Took my truck too the shop on central Ave in Sylvania
To get a exhaust leak on the passenger side manager says both manifolds was bad on each side it cost over $1300 and would be like new so I told them to do the job they would get the broken bolts out of the manifolds but did not remove the one on back drivers side .got the truck back still had the same noise then took it back to them.. they said the muffler was shot making the sound through the body they did not have a muffler for my truck.
So I took it to a Muffler shop
Cost me $500
For new muffler
And my truck is quiet now in the back .I still have the loud muffler leak on my right side still leaking
And getting louder
Not happy .

I brought my car in with a flat tire. My husband had removed the tire and put the spare on thinking it would take too long and I would have to leave it for a while. I was in and out in 15 minutes and they fixed my tire for free! Great service!

This was my first visit to a Tuffy. I loved the professional attitude I received from my initial call, to the final interaction when I picked up my vehicle. I opted to not wait while the work was done, however when I entered the store I was impressed by the roominess and cleanliness of the lobby. I will definitely be a returning customer!

Had a good experience with two of our cars here. Have gone for oil change, inspections and also got a tire repaired. They have a convenient portal to make appointments on. They have fair prices and turn around is quick. Highly recommend for any of your car needs.

The people at this shop treat you like any other person, even being a female. The service was amazing from timing, to updates, to the quality of the repairs done to my vehicle. They keep you informed, give you options with no pressure, and take care of business without skipping a beat. I will certainly be going with Tuffy for future car needs.

I took my car to Tuffy’s for routine service, and now it’s having severe issues. It was running fine before, but after their work, it’s now Undrivable. I’ve noticed strange noises, performance problems, and new warning lights on the dash that weren’t there before. I expected professional service, but instead, I left with more problems than I started with. I’m extremely disappointed with the lack of care and attention to detail, and I’ll definitely be taking my business elsewhere from now on. I am also taking legal action against this company.
I reached out to your customer service department multiple times seeking assistance with my issue, but unfortunately, they have not been able to provide the information I need. Despite my repeated efforts to resolve this matter, I have yet to receive a satisfactory response or a clear resolution. Additionally, during one of my interactions, the customer representative displayed an unprofessional attitude, which further added to my frustration.
