My experience here has always been superb for me I love this place and I will continue to shop there. This true north is close to my home and everyone that works there I'm very professional and I love dealing with them. I might gas I also buy food and whatever I need and I also buy lottery tickets there my favorite place. You guys have done a great job with the setup of this establishment

Why at 1 pm on a Sunday afternoon (10/7/18) was this place locked up? Four people standing around trying to get inside. Couldn't get gas, couldn't get inside, nothing. What kind of gas station just locks their doors and closes at that time of day. Seems like the employees were hiding in the back not wanting to work because going by at 4 they were open again

Ive worked with the company going on a year this year in June i got hired in the Toledo Ohio Market and have since expanded to the Columbus Ohio areas as well I absolutely Love the staff at all the locations even more so the guest who come into our stores i greet them by their name ask them how their day is going and what may i get for you seeing them walk out the door with a smile on their face knowing that my service is what did it makes me so happy to also be apart of such a great company i would absolutly recommend anyone who loves working with people and knows how to give great service to give True North Stores a Try

Worst gas station ever! Do not go here, the employees are racist and prejudice. They do not care about their customers.
