I was lazy today and just decided to spend $18 to wash my vehicle. When I got out to dry it it didn't even look like it was washed, just rinsed off. I went back around the second time... WAS NO IMPROVEMENT!!! WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY!

I have the cleanest car ever. The only complaint is the extra water on my car. I always have to dry it or it leaves spots.

Hey Its Maison Drew And I'd like to tell everyone about a wonderful experience that I had at Tommy's car wash. There was just a post made On Tommy's Google business page about an experience that was completely untrue And they handled it professionally and swiftly. I'm not gonna lie I was definitely very angry during the situation But the hospitality that Tommy's car wash offered me was second to none.... And to the woman who claims I hit her car I would like to say that you need to seek mental counseling. Have a wonderful day. The only thing that she said that was true is that I ran over some landscaping in a fit of rage( Still somehow no damage came to the landscaping)... But mostly anybody gets defensive in a situation that you know I'm true.. just saying, But anyway definitely go to Tommy's car wash.

Tommy the manager is part of the reason I love this wash so much, and another great employee is ahmed. Great energy and great customer service from them both, highly appreciate them and this wash location for their services, and great staff!!! Also had to add best car wash I’ve ever been to!! And Tommy is still the reason!!

Been going here since they opened. I recommended to so many people because I never had a bad experience.. Went through yesterday, and my car was hit by another member. Their WHITE paint was on my RED car, I FELT the hit and WATCHED the hit as I’m sitting in neutral in the wash.. and they were literally on my car through the whole wash. When I confronted the guy who hit my car, he immediately started yelling at me, cussing at me, and got extremely defensive. He tried to floor it out of there but got stopped at Monroe St, so I was able to get his plate. Upon getting his plate, he threw the car in reverse going into their grass and crushing their landscaping.. just to come yell at me again. I proceeded to bring to the employees attention about what had happened. But I was told that cameras showed we “never touched” and that I must’ve just felt the “bump” from the wash moving.. I’ve gone through this wash for years and never had such an awful experience.

I have tried to contact Craig Shear since the last two days. He has never came to the phone or contacted me back since I dropped my locks off for him to order for my fitted mats. It has been since Friday, May 24, 2024. I also stated when they broke in the machine it may not fit. It looks stretched. I haven't found any of the pieces. I would like to the owner to contact me. So they Tommy Express can purchase my fitted car mat that lock. I have been without my mats for two months now going on three. Craig Shear never took care of it. He has been hiding from me and not contacting is ridiculous. I also have the call to post to show.
