My physician is in the first building. They have outpatient surgery in the second building. And the third building is the clinic pharmacy. Dr Moshir Jacob is an internist and I really like him.

They didnot diagnose my fiancé correctly, we wasted our time and money on this place. Luckily we found another Neurologist in Florida who diagnosed him right away.

The Toledo Clinic used to have the best rheumatology program of anywhere. I have been going since 1972 and the doctors in Rheumatology we're very good at treating your pains and discomforts . Now Doctor Wolf has retired and a young guy has taken over ,they no longer seem to care as much about your suffering and can not seem to even treat your pain anymore and just refer you a ridiculous pain management doctor ,who actually knows nothing about your case, only records . I have had no issues in the last 50 years in getting treatment for my pains from the previous Rheumatologist until now . I don't know why you even need a Rheumatologist if they do not entend to treat you for your pain and have to send you to another doctor to do the job they are supposed to be doing . I am totally stressed out now about this and my blood pressure is through the roof over this . I feel the stress center is or may be my next step as now I feel I need anxiety meds over this . Sad cause for 50 years since I was a kid the Toledo clinic was the best and now can't even treat pain .

Dr at primary care partner group cancelled my prescriptions for blood pressure and another one. Never contacted me at all!! I called the office and was told by her nurse, I must get all info from their portal. She would not give me any more info. If this is how they care for their patients they need to find a new profession!! DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL!

The dr that comes to my dialysis is disrespectful and unpleasant. His conversations are one sided. He tries to bully and harass to get what he wants

I would highly recommend Dr. Palmer, a general surgeon at Toledo Clinic, as well as the establishment as a whole. I have never in my life had a better overall experience with a medical establishment, Doctor, and their staff. Dr. Palmer performed a small out-patient surgery on me and from the time a had my consultation, to the time I left from post-op I felt so cared for and informed. I experienced the most amazing and friendly staff who made the experience absolutely stress

Specifically Dr Ann Smith OBGYN, Dr Smith and her staff are rude, dismissive , and mean. It's hard to not throw out the baby with the bath water, I've had an excellent treatment in imaging x-ray ultrasounds MRI, but it just takes one bad treatment to spoil everything. I've actually never experienced such treatment. many things about the Toledo clinic are actually very good, but Dr Ann Smith is not.

I've had to use this pharmacy due to my insurance and I have to they have been accommodating, nice, helpful, and always very respectful. I typically have interacted with them by the end of a working day and they're always smiles and sincerely helpful.

This medical group is 10 out of 10 Excellent. Phenomenal doctors! Really knowledgeable and personable. The office personnel are pleasant, efficient, and pleasant(always smiling.) I am always impressed by how personable and caring they are. Lab services, pharmacy and radiology(c-ray, CT, MRI) are right in the premises. There is also an outpatient surgery facility. They also post the prices of those departments and the prices are LOWER than having the same thing done at local hospitals. There are 3 buildings at Secor Road location, connected by hallways. The buildings are not new but they are maintained. There are large parking areas around each building, and they recently added a free valet parking service for impaired patients who need to exit right at the door of a building. I plan to go here whenever possible for my medical care.

Dr Krills office very hard to reach during normal business hours. I called asking for a prescription for a wheelchair placard to be mailed and was refused. I don't drive. My special needs son is the patient.

Extremely, unprofessional organization. my wife, myself and 3 relatives will no longer visit this facility. after being admitted to the hospital I recieved bills from 6 different health organizations....Toledo Clinic is the only one who would not work with me and is going to report me to the credit bureau because I could not pay my bill in full (even though they accepted payments from me 3 months prior). Don't go here if you can't afford to pay your bill in full. Unsympathtic...Their policy states: Our patients are expected to pay their bills within a reasonable length of time, taking into consideration the filing of insurance claims on behalf of the patients and taking other facets into consideration concerning the patient's health, financial ability to pay, etc"......Not true. They wouldn't even consider a payment option.
