Friendly, professional and affordable. Got new tires here, and was worried about getting my car back by the end of the day since I wasn't able to make it early enough for their normal drop off time. They got my tires done in about 90 mins. Prices were way better than the big name tire shops. Plenty of communication about the prices of everything and how long it would take. I'll bring my car back here next time I need something for sure!

Toledo Tire and Auto Care on Monroe Street was great. They were honest and did not do work that did not need to be done which saved me money by not having to spend extra money. I would refer them to anyone that I know to work on their vehicles

I had the opportunity to take my car to TAC on Monroe St for an oil change. The service was outstanding from the moment I walked through the door until the time I got back in my car. The staff was pleasant the amenities were fantastic and the vehicle inspection let me know if I needed anything else. Great Job and I will see you for my next oil change.

Had my brakes inspected, right rear caliper serviced, and a diff flush and fill on my '17 Wrangler. No complaints on service and everything was completed in a timely manner.
8 out of 10, always gotta leave room for improvement but staff was very friendly and helpful. Don't know if the price was typical or not but didn't really care. Would definitely come back.

We have been coming here for years and it never fails to disappoint! The guys up front are so nice, polite, patient, and explain everything that is going on with your car in simple terms. I’m not a car person whatsoever, so when I can understand it, you know they are good! They don’t try to smooth talk you into unnecessary purchases and I have never felt pressured to fix or buy anything unless absolutely necessary for the safety of my vehicle, which in today’s economy is such a relief! They also break down future fixes/updates that you will need the next time you bring your car in, which is nice because then you can budget accordingly. The guys in back are fast and efficient, making sure everything is fixed and safe for the road in a timely manner. Great service and great people!

Contacted TAC by phone because I had a check engine light scanned at autozone, new the code came back as a transmission fault told them that on the phone making the appointment and told them again when I dropped it off, I eve gave them the code that had popped up, several hours later I get a call to tell me they don’t do transmission work and the bill will be $71.06, I will NEVER take another car thrrr again, I told them it was a transmission issues yet they chose to do their “diagnosis” then had the nerve to tell me they were giving me a “deal” because ordinarily it would be over $100, I understand people bring their cars in have them diagnosed then go elsewhere or do the repairs themselves but this was not the case they straight up told me here’s your bill and a referral to a transmission shop, what a bunch of con artist charlatan clowns.

I was a repeat customer after taking my vehicle again to the Monroe location 3 months after receiving great service, although very pricy($1300), for tires. My second experience here was horrible. I spent $1,500 on brakes and calipers, had my car kept overnight while they waited for parts and I'm still getting shakiness while braking and the brake pedal has to be applied harder.
Keith is unprofessional and their "inspections" don't truly mean anything because when I thought they were calling to let me know to pick up the car they found a different issue with the front brakes that in the report and on the phone they said looked great, it was just rear. The front is why I initially brought my car in and I discussed that and was ignored.
I called to see if I can bring it back in and they're now saying this is a separate issue and if anything that wasn't caught then, I'd be responsible to pay for. So I'm out $1500 and need to pay more to have someone else resolve my issues. I was truly grateful for my first experience here but that's also been marred because I now realize they didn't do an inspection, just checked boxes. My trust has been lost and I'll make sure to let personally let my friends/family know not to have any work done here. I'll never return for service here.
