From walking in the door the atmosphere was less than eager to help.
I had to tell the guy at the counter my information multiple multiple times either he wasn't interested or he wasn't listening..
Told me multiple times, we will call you when it's ready which made me feel like they didn't want me to stay there at all I felt very pushed out the door so I left. Bad service continued including when I was walking out the door confirming that he indeed did write down the wrong information about which tire I was even here to have serviced even though I told him three times. He calls me up about 2 hours later and tells me he can't repair my tire and wants to sell me another one on a he calls me up about 2 hours later and tells me he can't repair my tire and wants to sell me tire that I came in to have service oh and another one on the front of car. So I came in looking for a patch, just poor customer service. I'll plug it myself. Just wasted 2 hours of my life in the hot sun.

Was supposed to receive my itemized invoice by email. Still haven’t received it and they seemed to be unorganized and not sure what was happening between the counter and the technicians. Communication should fix this. No complaints on the work that they did.

I bought my set of tires here when they were still Tireman, I go back to get my tires balanced, I leave to go on vacation the next day and on our way to the hotel, we stopped at speedway to get a coffee and snacks and when we walked out, we noticed one of the hubcaps were missing. It must had flew off when we were on the freeway. We stay a few days and leave to come home. On the way home, again we stop at speedway to get coffee and snacks and realize another hubcap a flown off while we were on the freeway. I call them and explain the situation. I go back to Belle Tire, they ordered the hubcaps (wrong type, they were supposed to be chrome, but whatever). After the salesman put the hubcap on, I mysteriously have a flat tire the next morning in the same tire they put the hubcap on. I go back and they tell me, it can't be repaired because it's on the sidewall and a new tire is almost $200. I told them to fill it up with air and I'm going to get a used tire. Apparently, that's the scam where they poke a hole in the side of the tire that can't be repaired. This business has gone down since the Belle Tire take over. 0/10 would not recommend.

We had a great experience here. Greydon helped us out and was very friendly and professional. Service was very quick, taking far less time than estimated and the prices were better than elsewhere. Definitely will be back.

Called Friday to see if they would be able to do break pads Saturday. They said if I drop it off for the day. I was there to drop it off and he said we don’t do service for Volvo's or any other foreign cars they are too hard to work on? I recommend taking it to the dealership. It was just for break pad's?

Do not take your car here. I had to go back multiple times to have my car worked on for the same issue. They put my axle on wrong

Following the acquisition of Tireman by Belle Tire, the quality and integrity of the service have noticeably declined. My recent experience at their facility raised concerns about their honesty and customer service ethics. I learned that all salesmen and service technicians operate on a 100% commission basis. This policy appears to foster a culture of aggressive upselling and the recommendation of unnecessary services, compromising the trustworthiness of their advice.
For instance, I brought my car in for a routine alignment, only to be advised that I urgently needed to replace my steering rack—a suggestion that came with an initial quote of $500 for the rack and an estimated total expense of $1,500. However, as the service progressed, the cost of the steering rack inexplicably surged to $1,500, doubling the final bill to $3,000. This unexpected increase, coupled with a service duration that extended over five days, significantly inconvenienced me, particularly with my work commitments. The lack of transparent communication and the dramatic escalation in costs left me feeling exploited.
Reflecting on this ordeal, I cannot help but miss the days when Tireman operated independently. Their approach to customer service and transparency starkly contrasts with my recent experience under Belle Tire's management. I hope this feedback prompts a reevaluation of current practices, emphasizing the importance of honesty and customer respect in sustaining business success.

I will never go back to this store again. They continuously tried to upcharge me, said my brand new parts were bad. Originally had me going to the wrong location and cannot complete my servicing within the expected time. They completely wasted my day. Made me miss school for nothing. Because they only wanted to charge me as much as they possibly could and whenever I said. I wanted my brand new parts back. They refused to do the work.

We were visiting Toledo from Virginia and had a flat tire by Franklin Park Mall. It was a Friday afternoon and I called Belle Tire hoping I could get the tire repaired before they closed. Tim Booth took my call and said they were closing soon but would do their best to help me. When I arrived, there were several customers there and the workers were busy servicing other vehicles. They found the time to fix my flat and I was then on my way. A huge shout out to Tim and the Belle Tire team for their stellar customer service. Thank you!

I've always gotten a good experience with the staff. The lobby and bathroom is always clean. I appreciate the mechanics not leaving grease all over my vehicle. There's always a good movie playing. Hot coffee and free cold bottled water in the fridge.

Not cheap but worth the money
