They moved and wasted my time they said my brand new parts were bad and couldn't get it finished in the promised time they refuse to help in a timely manner and they keep trying to charge me more than expected due to me being approved for credit.

After 2 weeks of having my van for a check engine light repairs cost me over $1600 the check engine light came back on almost immediately after picking it up on January 25th. I called and was told they would look at it. I dropped the Van off Monday January 29th. After calling Wednesday the 31st I was told they haven't been able to look at it yet and they would get to it tomorrow. On Thursday February 1st I received a call that they would not be able to look at it as they are permanently closing the next day and I would need to come pick it up. I was told I could take it to another Tireman/Belle Tire location and they would be able to look at it and fix it if its for the same code.
I work I do not have time to have my van in and out of the shop for days and weeks at a time. This is unacceptable and a huge inconvenience. I went to another shop and sure enough the code is the same code I paid $1600 to have "fixed". I would definitely not recommend using Tireman or Belle tire unless you like wasting time and money.

The staff was really nice and they fixed my tire for FREE yep thats right!
Pulled in on a low tire thats been checked and sealed 2x prior. About every 3 days it was going flat. Took it to Tire man and they got me together and said NO CHARGE..... Major stress reliever!!! Thank you ?

Dropped my car off for a simple oil change and headlight replacement told them I'd pick it up when I got off work they said they would have it done, I come back to it not even being touched yet and am told I'd have to wait another hour hmmm alright so I do that I wait there only for the hour to go by and my car is still untouched, would not recommend, totally unprofessional.

I purchased my tires here about 3 years ago. Whenever I need air for my tires, just pull up to the bay and a tech comes out and puts air in your tires!

After a long day at work, I came out to my car with a flat tire. This location was able to fit me in. I had new tires and was out the door within an hour. The staff was helpful.
