The office manager of Dr Drotars office retaliated against me for writing a review by discharging me and not telling me. I called 5 months later to get medical care only to get blindsided by this. The office manager, Sonia Perez, refused to apologize and hangs up on people. So now it's a state medical board Compaint and a malpractice lawsuit. What they did is ILLEGAL and they know it. She said she'll mail out a discharge letter today and I guarantee it will be back dated to June in a fraud attempt. So I'm saving the postmarked envelope per the lawyers instructions. 0/10 Unprofessional, doesn't care about the patients, retaliated for bad reviews, worst Dr's office in Ohio.

Extremely unprofessional. Checked in for a consultation at the Maumee office. Walked to the section the administrative staff told me to. Waited 45 minutes and 3 patients later. Nurse came out and said I was late. I explained I was NOT and to ask the guy around the corner, who checked me in. Apparently, he lied. Nurse also lied about not seeing me. I saw her take 3 patients in. I would steer far clear from this medical group. If they're willing to lie about the small things then what won't they lie about?

Neuro will charge you 50$ for cancelation fee sorry I can't afford 40$ to pay to see you I cancel and you charg me that ridiculous

My procedure was Aug.6th with Dr. Palakodeti. It was my second surgery with him. He is a great surgeon and has a wonderful bedside manner. The pre and post op group were the kindest,caring and professional group. The OR nurses were simply the best and should be proud of the job they do.

Just had a colonoscopy at Toledo Clinic this morning. I have had several colonoscopies along with other surgeries at different facilities in my 73 years. My experience today at Toledo Clinic today was as good as any if not the best. From doctors to nurses, I felt I was in great, kind and professional hands.

I have been calling for weeks now and nobody's answering the phone, the lady at the front desk just connects me to the complaint line, these are great doctors. Why don't they answer ? to busy on your phone? To busy eating? Or just hiding in the bathroom till your shift is over, absolutely lazy employees.

Such an arrogant doctor. Would ask me questions and then just talk over me or cut me off. How are you supposed to help me if you won't let me tell you what is wrong? Refused to write me a note for work. When I asked him to document that he refused to do certain testing in my chart he told me to find a new cardiologist. So I did. Don't bother seeing anyone at Toledo clinic they're all the same. They just talk into their weird recording devices, make assumptions about you, and overall just don't care one little bit. But I'm sure he cares enough to still bill my insurance I waited til 10:30am to even get taken back when my appointment was 9am... they're clearly just overbooking and billing insurance for below mediocre care. what a joke.

I was an surgery outpatient today with DR Z, as he's called and had the VERY BEST OF NURSES, pre-op and surgery. I mention them by first name only as Misty, Christine, Chelsa, Kasey, Amber and staff. I was reluctant but couldn't have had better nurses!!!!!
Dr. Zografides is the VERY BEST urologist!!!

He is caring, concerned, thorough doctor who provided much needed & timely care for my husband who had urinary obstruction. He provided releif, comfort & referrals to specialists besides feral care. Was always available. Highly recommended.

There's a reason the reviews aren't great for this place. For example, I paid out of pocket for some testing, and they wouldn't release the results for me to see until my doctor reviewed them and released them. With Mercy, you can see your results immediately in MyChart, before your doctor even has a chance to see them. The staff tends to be rude and the doctors barely seem to care.
