I had a really good appointment with Kaitlyn. She was extremely sweet to me. I’ve always had issues when I get haircuts because i have a hard time explaining exactly what I want to people but she was able to do exactly what I had wanted! I felt very comfortable. Like I said she was super sweet and is very nice to be around! I’d definitely recommend seeing her to anyone.

Awesome experience. Shiane is the best!! Curly girls go to her!Did a buzz undercut, hair trim, root touch up for my highlights, conditioning treatment and finished with style.Fit me in the same day while I was traveling so that was amazing. One of the only places willing to buzz an undercut and do color.Shiane was my stylist and she was absolutely amazing! So friendly and really good at what she does. I came in with hair that was totally fried and it came out so nice, smooth, and strengthened. She completely understood the cut I wanted, took time to listen, and get the lines just right. I love the color and my undercut is this nice crisp V that I adore. She gave great product reccomendations to help restore my hair. And she made sure each step that I liked how it turned out. She knows how to do a curly hair cut and all about curly girl hair care too which seems rare for me to find. I have super fine delicate boticelli curls that are such a pain to work with. She was patient and skilled and just amazing. I will be coming back to her anytime I am in town!I would reccomend this place to literally everyone. Totally a hidden gem.

After going here for several years (each appt costing $150+) my most recent experience was my last with them. I called to set up an appointment to show them my heat damage (from 3/4 weeks prior) and the manager told me a day and time. I showed up that day and time the manager was not in! I was able to talk with the stylist that damaged my hair, and she offered me a deep condition (on her own time and her own schedule). I came in for the conditioning and the manager was there, asking me “wasn’t your appointment the other day?” I respond “yes and you weren’t here so…” . I showed them both my heat damage (didn’t get a chance to show the uneven blunt cut) was given attitude, told that the hairdresser has been doing hair 30+ years and had never made a mistake”. I received a free deep condition. But will not return because of experience and my hair is still heat damaged 4 months later!!! Whether you are a professional, or a beginner, we all make mistakes !Services: Shampoo & conditioning

I spent 2 hours and $120 and jalisa couldn't even manage to cover the gray on my rooms! I could have done better for $3 with loreal hair color! I left a message with the manager that I was unhappy with the color that she didn'tcover the gray and the manager NEVER bothered to call me back! #WASTEOFMONEY

I will NEVER make another appointment at this salon. Tried several months ago to get my hair colored and the stylist called off. Today I had an appointment with Jackie and she never showed up. They rescheduled me for this afternoon with a different girl@20%off and now she's called off also. Ridiculous
