Singh Multani made for a quick smooth transaction. He was prompt and efficient. They had an auto I had been looking for. They were fair with my trade. Brian moved me through the paperwork quickly. In years past I had run home and taken a shower after buying a car. I did not feel the need to when we completed this transaction.

I f I could rate this place 10/10 I would give it an 11! Melissa not only got us one car but TWO cars! She helped us out so much and was willing to do whatever she could to make sure we were happy. I honestly can't say enough about her, she takes her job to a whole other level and she taught us so much that we didn't even know about the whole car buying process. Melissa is the best asset you could have and my friends, family and I will all be buying cars from her from now on!!

Refused to give keys back to my vehicle I was trading in; there past midnight because they refused to accept no deal as an answer. Horrible buying experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Fayez sold me my new car and was wonderful! The only criticism I have of the car buying process is what trade in they will give you for your previous car. According to KBB my trade-in value was around $5,000 but Kia offered $2500. I had to fight for $5000 and they made me feel like it was a special favor they were doing me. Fayez had no part in that process and it was in no way his doing.

I went looking for a car (((Had to Did not want to))), between my budget and my financials criteria, the pickings were slim, the staff pre-purchase were nice enough but that should be expected they want your money, I found a car i really enjoy, my kiddo does too.... They however would not work with me on the price NOT ONE DOLLAR! Nothing! After purchasing the car i found a few more same make model and year (more or less) with little differences $800.00 - $1200.00 cheaper. If i had more time to shop around i'm not sure if i would have bought from them. But its really hard to say, was just sad to know that after searching i could have saved some money, -Steven B.
