Dealing with this dealership has taught me a lot of life lessons. It has also cost me thousands of dollars and a huge toll on my mental health.
Had this dealeeship appropriately addressed my concerns when mentioned I would be in a different situation. I am stuck with a lemon and a ton of debt.
And responding to my 1 star rating but not actually having a conversation is really horrible customer service.

Bought a brand new 2024 Hyundai santa fe at Findlay. The radio screen started flashing like a strob light. They said loose plug will get it fixed so we bought it and scheduled it to be a quick repair. They then said need a whole new radio screen for it so had to order it. Now it has been a month. Part came in and they called said it would be 27 before they could fit it in to be repaired. I told them not acceptable as we could not use the radio, navigation system , and it is flashing like a strobe light and at night it is bad causing a safety hazard. And still won't get it in sooner to repair. They need to give us a new, or new car to use till it is repaired. They never called me back wow very disappointed.

Hopefully you have better luck than I did I have a paperweight in my driveway because their inspection of used vehicles is subpar. 2 of the 4 used vehicles I bought here have required thousand of dollars in repairs that were missed by the dealership. First one made it 3 days and required a replacement wiring harness for the chassis. The second one had a blown head gasket that someone covered up. I’ve been a loyal customer and referred many people but the quality of their used vehicles are in question. Proceed with caution both times I got screwed.

If I could rate Taylor Kia of Findlay ZERO stars I would. I’ve tried everything possible to be diplomatic but at this point I just want to absolve my business with Taylor Automotive Group. I purchased a 2019 Ford Edge Titanium on 3 March in Findlay while visiting my parents in Fremont. The sales team exceeded my expectations. But I should have known something was up with the car when it had to be delivered because they found a bolt in one of the tires and the tires needed had to be ordered. After a few days, the car was delivered to my parents home in Fremont. My Father drove it and noticed that the transmission shuddered while changing gears. I contacted the dealership immediately. Unfortunately it was the weekend and I live in Dayton and we couldn’t line up times to bring it in. I was advised by Rich to contact the warranty company as I more than 50 miles from the dealership. By this time it’s May (TWO MONTHS since initial purchase) and it’s at the mechanic. The warranty did cover the transmission, the mechanic confirmed that the transmission was shot upon inspection. So Taylor sold me a LEMON?!! Then sold me a warranty I didn’t need as I still had a warranty with Ford that I found by a simple VIN search.I contacted the GM Jim Welch at Taylor Kia as I’ve been without a vehicle since May. All I’ve asked for is a loaner car until mine is fixed OR just take this one and cancel my loan return my monies and allow me to deal with a dealership who actually deals with customers fair and just. I reached out to Steve Taylor.. I haven’t heard back. I’m paying for a car I can’t drive and Taylor Kia knew it when they drove it when they drove it to Fremont. The gear shudder has been apparent since they dropped it off. Bottom line… this will be corrected and make right. I have enlisted the help of community Leaders and the Attorney General’s Office.

The seem like friendly Midwestern folk, but make no mistake they will try to get you to PAY MORE. They run every trick in the book. I won't go back.

We had an exceptional experience with JJ. We had an accident with our 2023 Kia Rio a week ago (bought originally from Taylor Kia and JJ in December) and JJ hooked us up again. He’s an amazing salesman and will work with you and FOR you when it comes to banks and their approval process. Even with very little money down, he wouldn’t stop trying to get us approved until we were, WITH terms that were agreeable. I would rate 0 stars is it wasn't for the salesperson personality. They charged me $5000 over the sticker without my knowledge. The finance manager said he had to hurry because he was missing his daughter bday party so he never went over any line item with me. Very unprofessional. It was on a Saturday I was there. When I went home and looked over the final price because no one at the dealership explained line item with me I was very upset. I had to go back to the dealership and demand my down payment back of $5000. And of course they refused. It wasn't until I threatened to sue and call the news that they finally lower their price and wrote a new contract. And that wasn't the end of it. They decided to charge me an additional $700 pre dieum without my knowledge. NEVER GO TO TAYLOR AUTOMOTIVE

I have purchased multiple cars from your company. Because of the poor service from the service department and the service manager not calling me when I requested he do, I will no longer be a customer. This was the Pburg Hyundai site. I will also be contacting Hyundai USA with my concerns.There are many other car companies in the Toledo area. Yark will be getting a call from me

Constant phone and text harassment until I threatened to contact my attorney. This company/sales jockeys can't take no for an answer. Very cocky, very pushy and a bunch of LIARS

I purchased a brand new vehicle and they put the VIN number to a different car on all my paperwork. This led me to insuring someone else’s car while I drove around unknowingly with NO insurance and fictitious tags. They also set up my Bluelink account with the wrong VIN # so the app to the service of remote starting the car don’t work either. I’ve reached out for 3 months now.... I’m done dealing with the dealership staff. I WANT TO TALK TO STEVE He is well aware and has been for over a month that I want to talk to him for resolution and possible customer recovery... but he won’t reach out to me. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY ARE IN THE WRONG!!

I'd give 6 stars if I could. JJ was awesome, he bent over backwards to get me 2 brands new cars at a great price. He even delivered the second to my home because my wife was stuck at home with sick kids. Took longer than I planned but the whole staff kept me engaged and entertained the entire time. I didn't realise how long it took until I looked at the clock on my (fancy new) display. Most enjoyable car buying experience I've ever had.

I have bought 3 cars with Taylor but when I started shopping for my most recent vehicle they have changed their business practices. They will not show you what you are actually paying for the vehicle or what they are going to give you for your trade in. They only want to show you the monthly payment. Shady business practices!!
