Any system that takes over an hour and a half to get someone across town is a failed system.
I have to walk a mile just to get picked up at the hub. Absolutely worthless.

You Gotta put up with Way to many homeless people and wanna gangs there's a ghetto apartment right across the street you have to go through a lot just to buy a bus pass ?? I thought it would be much nicer compared to the rest of downtown ? they definitely need to clean it up ?

Would not recommend unless you are that desperate. Rude and unprofessional staff. Will not do service with employees who yell and belittle you.

Some of the people who work there are nice and helpful.

Unreliable! they will drive right by you and not stop or just not come at all, so you'll be waiting an hour for the next one (assuming that one has a better driver and will do his job).
So I wouldn't rely on or pay them if you can avoid it.

It's not as safe at all. Especially when you getting off work after 5pm and it's getting dark you got some drivers will let you sit on their bus till your bus comes but alot will not let you sit on their bus! Especially when it's cold outside they won't some will but alot will not let you. And then you get certain ones with a bad attitude if you greet them most will greet you back but alot won't like will even catch a attitude with you!
And what's worse the busses always late
And then they have the audacity to get angry with you if you being courteous and respectful .
If you want to be safe get a ride from a family member or friend or get a cab
Because the downtown area is full of hard criminals and thieves and men who assault women down there! My cousin got robbed down there back in December
They dont care at all

Nice workers but battling the mentally ill and out-of-control students.

The drivers are very friendly to ride with and get you to the destination where you need to go. Tha staff are very friendly in the Transit hub.

The hub needs to be open from 5:30am to 10pm. People shouldn't have to wait outside for the bus when the hub can be open

Horrible customer service, they can't follow the specific detour around the construction. One day they follow the detour, next day they decide not to and make people miss the bus and be late to work. Absolutely nothing positive to say about my tarta experience. Most of the drivers are rude, I've had them drive right past me and act like they never seen me standing at the bus stop.
