Clean bathrooms, kind employees, quick service. Parking lot is the wild West but that's on Toledo's terrible drivers not target. One of the only dependable spots to hopefully find Pokemon cards. Starbucks inside! I love you Target!

All self check out. Being a senior citizen this sucks. Had large items in my cart close to $100 worth of items to purchase. Lady said she would help ring up my items. No, you just lost my business forever. Shame on you. Employees gabbing away could have opened a register. Shame on you and your customer service!

I was able to find what I wanted quickly with the help of the customer service person. She was very personable and helpful. This store is so much more full and shopable than Alexis road. It does sadden me however that Target does not want to attract the average income shopper. They've almost priced themselves out of our league in most departments. I'm also very much not alone in saying we miss the pop, popcorn and Carmel corn. You can keep Starbucks

I went there today on Black Friday and bought a couple of hundred dollars worth of items. Specifically, I bought two Lego kits. Going through everything later, I found that I was charged for four kits. When I went back, they said they “reviewed the footage and I walked out with four.” I was dismissed by their staff and not given the time of day to discuss the issue; regardless, they obviously did not look at the footage. Frustrating situation and extremely diminishing to be called a liar as a grown woman.

Selections were plentiful, and their book sale is going on now, with bestsellers in plentiful supply. I went "early morning" before the store became crowded. A variety of holiday candy and treats were available too. I had a wonderful shopping experience. Also, the sales staff and cashiers were very pleasant.

Used to love shopping at the store on Monroe St. But lately the help is hard to find, and checkout all self checkout. The reason for this is corporate greed for bigger bonuses for front office. Cutting jobs seems the path for corporations nowadays. Sorry to see it happening these days. This is the only reason for two stars.Overall it's a clean environment to shop in, and when you actually find help, overall they're kind and helpful.But, BRING BACK THE CASHIERS and think less of your Profit margin.

I went into the store on Sunday Oct. 1 @ approx 1:30 pm . The purpose of my visit was to return an item I purchased online . I already filled out the necessary info on line for a return and had a email with instructions for return . I went to the customer service counter for returns and orders and was waited on by a middle age man with straggly salt and pepper hair and long beard . When I showed him the email about the return he proceeded to tell me he couldn’t and wouldn’t help me . He told me I needed to print off a label myself and drop package off to another location .What location he never clarified . I told him I didn’t have a printer . He said because I started the return online he couldn’t help me . I asked him to look up the order using the credit card I used . He said smugly “ I don’t have your credit card number . I proceeded to whip out my credit card . He ran the card and found the order in his system and proceeded to process the return . If this employee did his job and understood the words “Customer Service “ I would have had a much better experience .Where did Target find this person ? What happened to “ going above and beyond “ . If this employee did not want to do his job he should have stayed home . Is this a example of “too little training “ or just indifference. I will not go to that Target location again . You just lost another customer .
