Syncreon .. I have NOTHING bad to say about the company. This was the best company I had ever worked for, however I got Covid during my time and made the decision to not come back. One of the worst decisions as I had the best team to work with in the office.

I did 2 ½ years from 2017-2020. I did every forklift job they had. I even sequenced some parts and that wasn't so bad. Management was fair, equipment mostly worked. Only complaint I can think of is its HOT in the summer and COLD during the winter. If they paid more, I probably would have stayed.

Worked at syncreon and really enjoyed my work. I drove the Tugger transporting parts and loading them on the trailers at the docks. Everyday wasn’t the same but that’s life.

This place is a joke "DO NOT APPLIE AT THIS PLACE!" Very unorganized and the right hand doesn't know what left is doing and the "UNION!" DOES NOTHING FOR YA. They work you like a dog and in the next breath they will fire you under false allegations.... The only reason why I gave them a one-stars because I had to in order to let everyone know that this is not a place to work!! I would never recommend this place to anyone if anyone wants a job similar to this go to kuka it's inside a Jeep they treat you 100% better than this place ever will
