Let me start by saying I'm the kind of person who has always been intimidated by the idea of going to a gym. Partly because I'm overweight, partly because I have no idea what I'm doing. But my experience at Sylvania Fit Body Boot Camp has been amazing! The coaches are incredible, and I actually look forward to going to class. I'm seeing some tremendous results after less than 2 months of being a member.

30 minutes twice a week. The workouts go super fast, the coaches are really supportive and help with motivation and technique and results are noticeable !! Building muscle helps with weight loss and weight bearing exercise is imperative for bone mass retention. If you like music the soundtrack during workouts is an added bonus !

One of my favorite workout spots I've ever been too!! The classes are 30 minutes of blood pumping, heart pounding, energizing exercises! It's a different workout every class, working all the muscles of your body!!
