We took two vacuums that needed attention to Sweeper World. One needed a new belt and one just needed to be unclogged. Both issues were resolved completely and affordably. Also, the staff is friendly and there is even a cute dog to greet you! I recommend taking your vacuum to Sweeper World the next time you have an issue and you will be glad you did.

I have taken many vacuum cleaners here. they always do a great job, are extremely professional and the price is fair. they've always told me if a vacuum cleaner will cost more to fix than a new one (has happened twice, but they were old sweepers and I was pretty sure that was going to be the case) and they've offered me credit for sweepers that couldn't/weren't worth fixing on a purchase from their stock. (haven't bought one from them but only bc we always have a couple at my house. bc we have dogs, but if im in the market for one ill check there first.) the guy I always talk to us super friendly and there is a cute fluffy doggo that won't bother you but is happy to be pet. great business, please support!

I was at all these so called “ competitors” and could not find the part I needed. I went to sweeper world on secor rd and was taken care of with what I needed. Thank you sweeper world. Will buy from again and I will recommend all my friends and family to sweeper world too. Lol let’s make some of these haters on here upset lol ? I’m spending money at sweeper world.

I'm 67 years old and I always went with mom to Sweeper World for bags or whatever. Mom had the 1952 Electrolux and it's still going strong! At that time and for many years Jim Lake was the owner and did the repairs, very nice man and knew vacuums inside and out. From what I see in the comments the current owners are following in that same tradition!

Over the telephone universal part could be ordered to come in and pay arrived and it was a con to tell me how bad this vacuum cleaner is and to purchase one of his new ones or re built ones. I felt very discouraged so my mom's vacuum cleaner has to be fixed intuitively. I do not recommend this place I'll fix it shop on Sylvania much better

Don’t buy here, go to Fix it shop on Sylvania Ave.Had a terrible experience here. Sold a sweeper that we can’t buy sweper bags. A gal I work with had a terrible experience there too. She will never go back either.
