In my experience, the automated wash kiosks are either out of order completely (won’t accept any sort of payment) or the credit card reader does not work. This car wash is conveniently located for me; however, every time I go there, I end up leaving without a wash, because of these issues. Today was the last straw. I will not be back.I’ve seen enough crime dramas (e.g. Breaking Bad) to wonder if this ill-maintained car wash establishment is a front for money laundering. ?

Yea... Not that Super! Weak water system, although somewhat entertaining watching one vertical arm sweep around the car. ( my neck hurts)! No drying function, I didn't think that existed anymore? Well thank goodness for the trunk towel....

Wand had a puncture or cut so the water was diverted and spraying out the side. Took 2.50 and I cant get it back. No posted info found to inform or contact for refund. I've seen where the owners claim this location is closed and I think its to avoid complaints online- Bad business-run it better.

Came to this place to do the self car wash but the bays are too small can get my Mercedes Sprinter in there that's why I gave it a three-star I don't know how the machines work or the soap that puts out so I can't really judge on that

Wanted to get mom’s car washed with a touchless. The windshield looks great, but the body looks awful. Plus, no air driers means there are a ton of water spots left on the car. I do not recommend.

Came here to spray a ton of bugs off my car using super soap which does a fantastic job at removing them. Unfortunately, after I swiped my card I noticed a small masking tape sticker on the machine with a hand written "no super soap" note. Since I had already swiped my card I got charged for a worthless wash that did nothing. Won't come here again.

Their touchless car washes sticks out about 3 feet from the wall making it very difficult to fit a larger vehicle through the sensors (I drive a ram 1500). Due to the tight space, I had curb rash on both passenger side wheels on my truck that is 3 weeks old. The whole point of a touchless car was is to avoid damage! There are no warnings or indicators that specify how narrow it is. Every other one I have seen the full bay is pretty much open because the sensors are attached to the wall, they don't stick out 3 feet on both sides. If I was any further over on the other side, I would have hit my mirror on the lights that tell you when to pull forward. I have called 5 times and even reached out to their corporate office and they can't get ahold of the owner. Terrible service to avoid an unhappy customer. I will no longer be using their car wash in the future.

The automatic wash took my money and didn't work. Will not be returning. There were no employees there to help me, so I am out $8 and still have a dirty car. Horrible service.

No brush hand car wash. Super suds gets you car clean at half the cost of drive through washes. Kept clean by owner and everything works well.

Well lit, clean and reasonably priced. Any time I wash my car at night in the greater Toledo area and no one tries to sell me drugs or solicit services I count it as a win. There aren't many car washes I feel comfortable using late at night this one never disappoints. 6.50 for a basic automatic wash? Sure!
