I have been doing business with Kay for as long as I can remember. The experience was always pleasant, and I always received excellent service here, however a few people I have been working with recently have really stood out from the crowd. I wanted to shout out Lori, Denise, and Margaret. They are excellent representatives of the company. They are friendly, very helpful, patient, and show undeniable integrity. I will be driving the extra miles past my regular store to work with them again in the future. Thanks again!

My fiancé and I stopped by Kay to purchase our wedding bands on Black Friday. The two women who helped us were wonderful, and they helped us find just the right items for our budget! Glad we came in, despite the worry of the mall being overcrowded for the shopping day. It was totally worth it!

Bought a chisel stainless steel cross yesterday 5-13-2016 for $74.65 after tax, marked 20% off from $87.00. Looked online and found the sane exact pendant from Chisel for $75.00 retail, $31.95 on fingerhut, $32.00 on Amazon and $39.95 from Jet. Called Sunburst today 5-14-16 and was told that they don't do refunds, couldn't refund the difference or price match for that matter. I was also told that it was "weird" because they base their prices off of the online prices, even though their retail price is $40 more. There is nothing they could do for me. I figured I'd buy myself a piece of jewelery for my bday but I get screwed in the process, go figure. Take your business elsewhere or do research before buying on a whim.
