This place is trash way over priced and to many hidden fee's. Not to mention they have raise the price on my units at least 4 times in a year and half . I wouldn't recommend this place to a enemy

Pretty standard storage unit company,. The only thing I would suggest, or that I would like personally, is the access codes to the main gate. There are some (not using names) that to get in, it's your unit and the last 4 of your phone number. I would add anyone I give permission to enter, would be put on the list, the last 4bof their phone number told me who was there, time and all, in case anything came up missing.

I have been asking you guys to come cut a lock off since Sunday paid the money nothing in America takes that long I'm in the process of moving my brakes are bad I need to get them fixed and I'm stuck here waiting for you guys to come cut a lock
I've never had any issues with you guys but this is extreme you want your money right away but when we need your help you're not helpful at all

I walked in and called the 1-800 line as I needed to rent 6 10x10’s for 12+ months. I had a few questions about the rental units and if they had internal ones. She told me they had 10x10’s but said I had to rent them first to find out if it was a drive up or internal. They had a layout map so I asked her which ones “could be” inside. She repeated that they will only tell me once I made a purchase. I was pretty upset that she couldn’t tell me anything more than rent first, answers later.
