I should have never moved my items into this facility! On move in day there were dead mice laying in front of my unit and the office manager told me and my fiancée this is normal for this area. The office seems to never be open during normal business hours making it extremely difficult to come in to make payment because you have no idea when the office it open. I am moving my items out ASAP!! I have called several times and was told we will be open until 5 but when I arrive the office is closed.

Will never go back!!!!! My mom went and got a unit #45 and paid two months in advance. When we went to put her stuff in the unit we were told they change the unit number to 34! We put her belongs that unit and locked it up with a new master lock. When they went to put more stuff in their unit there was a different lock on the unit. Somebody went and opened her lock and moved all of her stuff from unit 34 to unit 40 and put her lock back on. When she went to the office the lady at the desk says oh how did that happen? When asked who removed her lock her response was “well isn’t that a mystery” Needless to say we pulled everything. Very poor business management. Can’t be trusted!
