My roommates and I are tired of the main manager’s attitude. She’s rude every single time we’re in there and has ZERO ability to be aware of how she talks to people. I’ve seen people get rude back with her and she blames them for their poor attitudes but they’re only matching the energy she’s giving. She may be old herself, but that gives her zero right to talk to customers that aren’t old, straight, and white like they’re an inconvenience
