Like, you shouldn't have to get into an argument with people to accomplish simple things.

The store always needs a good mopping, the drink station was a mess and there were no straws or lids, the older female (Toni) working the register stated that they have been running out of supplies a lot and had to give us our lids from behind the register. She also wasn’t pleasant about it.
