We stopped by this location around 20 minutes before closing and the employee wasn't interested in helping us at all! He asked us to leave at 6 o'clock. We've had a much better experience at the Jackman rd location.

As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted by the sales associate. I needed some supplies for a new project that I had never done before. He not only walked me around to each item but he also gave me some great advice from his personal experience to help me out. I only wish I could remember his name...I will be going back to SW for all painting needs from now on.

Employee was very knowledgeable and helped me find exactly what I was looking for seconds after I walked in. I was looking for a specific type of paint that would last longer in a high traffic area, but the cheaper brands could not color match in that type of paint, so I tried SW.

I'm this time of "social distancing" the sales associate was very helpful over the phone. I placed my order and my supplies were brought out to my car. I couldn't ask for better service.

Janessa is terrific. Very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. She really helped me chose the right type of paint and gave me some great color ideas. This is THE only place in the Toledo area to purchase paint and painting products.

Nice folks, extremely helpful, great paint and color selection. They matched my Benjamin Moore color perfectly so it blended well with current paint on wall---she also told me about upcoming sales.
