The older man that works at this establish rudely interrupted me while opening the bathroom door, to tell me I had to ask his permission to use the bathroom. As I started to walk towards the exit he stopped me then proceeded to look me up and down, to let me know I could use the restroom. No signs were posted around or on this Shell gas station to let you know you had to get permission from an employee to use the bathroom. I am disgusted by this employees behavior. Woman please be hesitant to go to this gas station.

The people here are very friendly! I’ve been staying at a hotel down the road and this is my go to gas station because the guys are not only funny but very kind! Definitely an experience everytime I go in hahaha they’re funny!!

Usually when I come in to this location the staff is always friendly, nice, and extremely helpful! Until tonight I walked in to get something to drink and I was told to hurry up that he needed to lock the door in 5 mins and when I tried to ask a question about the prices I got extreme attitude and truly rude customer service!!.. I also tried to split pay knowing I only had so much left on my card and proceeded to hand him the change I had and asked to put the rest on my card.. he literally told me this company doesn't do this and pushed my change back towards me!! In that split second already having the day I've already had looked at him and asked again can you please do this for me so I can get my drink. He said NOPE ruuude as alll hell.. so I bit my tongue slid my card asked for his name which was “Sheldon†told he he didn't gave to be so rude smiled and walked out!! As I'm walking to the door knowing I've worked in customer service for almost 20 years and also worked as a secret shopper I was literally in disbelief the service Sheldon decides to give it his customers, and the audacity to go out of his way to just be a “dick†for nooo reason what's soo ever is truly unprofessional and completely uncalled for by all means.. I know this isn't a big deal to some and truly isn't my style to usually write something like this about someone but I want this company to know that they have an employee who prob needs talked to and I'm prob not the only customer that feels this way!! Thank you for your time!
