We had an outstanding experience with Shay's from the in-store assistance with carpet recommendations and choices, to Joe coming to the house for measurements, and finishing with the installation. Their prices are very competitive and their customer service is excellent. We look forward to working with them again in the future.

I would highly recommend Shays Carpeting to do your home or business flooring. They are very professional and went out of there way to accommodate my schedule. The installers Jim and Nathan were very thorough and timely in getting the job done also. I am very pleased with how the carpet turned out in both bedrooms.

Delays and overcharged . would not provide a written estimate showing why the overcharge occured. Does not stand by the work performed and had to have another contractor fix Shays mistakes. Talks so fast then changes his story. work less than par. Because I had a small job, it wasnt taken seriously.

If I could give less than one star I would do that. Completely and absolutely disappointing. I chose to use a local business over a big box store and wish I did not1. Poor communication. Our experience with Shay Carpets was outstanding. Joe Sr came out and completed the measurements and explained exactly how everything would go. He also told us it would likely be September before the carpeting would be installed. Last Friday received a call asking if they could intall on Monday August 30th. The installers (Jim and Nathan) arrived early. They were very courteous and worked well together. They finished and removed all old carpeting. They answered our questions as they went. The job turned out beautiful. We highly recommend Shays and the intallers!

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS "COMPANY"!!!I have given them plenty of opportunity to make this right. The owner, Joe, continues to change his story and back out of promises.They will take your money up front but refuse to stand behind their work.I had several concerns immediately after my floor was installed. I was reassured that they would stand behind their product and workmanship if any issues were to arise. Sure enough my early concerns became a reality. I have contacted them by phone and email several times and have not had a response. Was told on the phone they would call me back but haven't yet. They worked really hard to get my money but aren't willing to even talk to me about my concerns now.Their slogan is "We don't want all the business...just your business." Well they should change it to "We don't want to screw everyone...just you!"So disappointed by a company I initially trusted and spoke highly about.

From picking the carpet at the store, measuring of my basement and the installation of the carpet was a great experience. Jim with his assistant Jason the installation was done professionally and to my expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend Shay's carpeting to my family and friends
