I (along with my boyfriend) went to Kay’s to just check out rings. We waited a good 20-25 minutes and no one came to service us. No, we will be with you soon. Or even a Hello welcome to Kay’s when we walked in. They even had two associates work with one couple. Its was like we were invisible. I was hurt and wanted to just not look anymore. So we tried one more store and I can’t thank you enough for Stephanie. She was so kind and sweet and patient with me. I had no clue what I liked or wanted or anything like that. She read me like a book because everything she picked out was right up my alley. I even cried while putting on rings because Stephanie made the experience so wonderful for me and my boyfriend. The other associate Andre was sweet as well. Those two truly made my night. I will never step foot in a shop like Kay’s. Thank you guys for being so amazing at your jobs.
