Although they are not as friendly and on it like the Suder location was they are trying. They have probably doubled their customers because of Suder closing. The only problem I have is they don’t always give you all your scripts that are ready. This has happened to me 2-3 times in a few short months. It’s frustrating to get home then realize you’re missing meds.

Everyone at the pharmacy is beyond rude specially the racist pharmacist they talk down to people with judgmental attitudes . I did contact Rite aid customer care 3 times already they take my info and they give me a case number, saying someone will contact you soon but they never did .

This store is always friendly, but the outside maintenance is not looking so good. My question is has there been issues with lawn care personnel? Its starting to get hard to see at the corner if turning onto summit. Someone would not be able to walk on that corner for all the weeds. Your stores appearance says alot.

Was told by pharmacist on 12-10-21 that I could return to pharmacy any day of the week with a completed vaccination application between 2 and 3. Visited on 12-13-21 at 2:15pm and was told they are no longer offering any vaccinations!Very poor community relations.

They are becoming more and more rude at this Rite Aid in the pharmacy. They have no manners when speaking on the phone with you and sound frustrated that you even called. Not sure if they are short staffed or just rude but their are other pharmacies I can deal with. Just like this store because its right around the corner.

Came here from south eastern Michigan for our Covid vaccine. The area is one of the first cities into Ohio. Easy to get to and from freeway. Was greeted each time entering and the store aisles are well maintained and "zoned". The pharmacy was quick and friendly and the lead pharmacist who administered our shots was very friendly and personable.

Maneger will literally give the wrong change and steal your money. Don't go here you can't afford it!
