Bought a Amazon gift card there in the beginning of April had $110 that cashier took my $10.00 I counted it before I went in I know she pocketed it so don’t go here to get Amazon gift card the cashiers will take some money for them selfs merchandise is very very low cause no one is stocking at this location any more hardly any merchandise in this store been going to this rite for years until that cashier stole $10.00 from me it’s probably on camera

I am supposed to be on "one trip refill" and "automatic refill" programs. I find myself having to call every month regardless because of messages telling me they are out of my medication and must order it. Never have I ever been able to pick up all of my meds in "one trip". Many times I will receive a notification of a prescription being ready after just having left the store ten minutes prior. It's maddening and definitely a source of irritation and frustration. I enrolled in these programs to prevent these situations, yet it only seems to be getting worse.

Just reported them to the State and Rite Aid Corporate. They lost my prescription and then accused me of dropping it somewhere else and that it was my fault.

COUNT YOUR PILLS! I picked up my 90 day prescription today and there was only 12 pills in the bottle. 12 pills, how did they get that so wrong?? I’m lucky it wasn’t a controlled substance or they probably wouldn’t have believed me. Please be sure to check your bottle before you leave.

Clean and the employees are kind. It is nice to go into a business where the employees are actually helpful and seem to care about their store. The store is clean and smells nice and clean.

Worst service ever today. Dropped off a script (from the ER) shortly after they opened this morning. It's about 6 hours later and still no meds!Guess when I end up back in the ER due to the infection spreading they will understand that you were too busy to count out 30 antibiotic pills. After all whats the risk of a blood infection compared to your inability to staff your store properly?
