Worse pharmacy ever. Doesn't answer the phones and when someone does they ALWAYS have an attitude and are extremely rude. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT GOING HERE!!!

This particular store is a mess. Horribly rude pharmacists, and they are constantly NOT ordering monthly prescriptions on time or at all. They never answer the phone when calling. They weekly for me do not order prescription when they tell you they have.

I've tried calling this location for the past few days, why no one will answer the phone I don't know but if you need meds refilled your better off switching to CVS or Kroger to get medicine cause they don't answer calls at this location, the pharmacy doesn't answer and the front counter hung up on me

Bathroom was very dirty had pee all over the floor and stood in line for the pharmacy 20 mins no even said anything to me so I just left if I could give it a 0 I would and will not be going back.

I video recorded the pharmacist here handing out pills to a man, she tells him, his script is 2 weeks early, as well as TAKING TO MUCH OF MED CAN CAUSE BLOOD PRESSURE & DEATH" following this she GIVES the man 2 pills WITHOUT A PROVIDER AUTH OR PRESCRIPTION!!!!! I WILL BE LEAKING VIDEO TO YOUTUBE & THE MEDIA IF GHASA IS NOT TERMINATED IMMEDIATELY

DO NOT get your Covid test here. Repeat: DONT get your covid test here. Rite Aid sends it to a lab that isn't even in the state of OH. The nearest labs are 4-5 hours from here. My kids and my tests were mishandled and after seven days of waiting for results, we were told we had to be retested! They let our samples sit too long. My kids missed their entire Christmas with their dad because of this poor service. To make matters worse, when I called the customer service line for the lab services they used- and the number I was specifically told to contact with concerns or questions- the service line said they had no process to handle complaints or to hold the lab accountable for what happened. There's no quality assurance. They even told me I shouldn't have called them because they are not the lab. They took no ownership or responsibility for their vendor relationship. No interest in dealing with it either. What a total waste of everyone's time. If Pharmacies want to be considered providers, then they need to handle these services appropriately and partner with Vendors who they hold accountable by contract. This review is written by a pharmacist and I'm entirely disappointed with all companies involved.

Typically everyone is very friendly here , there are maybe two people in the pharmacy that are rude often.
