Bert @ Riley’s flooring took care of our job quickly and on time. The quality is ? and I could not be happier with the work. Would work with them again. Only sad part is we didn’t work with them sooner to enjoy the carpet. Looks great and very happy. Great local toledo business.

I was looking for flooring with somewhat of a limited budget and just was not finding what I wanted. I was told by a friend to go see Bert Riley at Riley's Carpet and Flooring. I was met by Bert as was pleased to see quite a few selections and told him what my budget was. He assured me that we could find a quality product within my price range. After looking at different options I finally found something I was interested in and it was right on budget. We set up an appointment for him to come and measure, by the way that service was free. Within 2 days he came to measure and within a week I had my carpeting installed. I would highly recommend this company

We needed carpet for our home and we were referred to Riley's by a friend. We met the owner Bert at his store location and was impressed by the all of the choices. Bert was extremely helpful and was patient as we browsed around and asked questions. He ended up coming to our home and taking measurements and we even decided to have another room done. Wonderful experience from start to finish

We have used Riley's to clean our carpets for many years. Our last experience with the company was very disappointing and resulted in having to replace the carpet in our great, family room. As a result of the cleaning several large spots were left on the carpet immediately after the cleaning. The owner, Bert Riley said he would take care of the problem but in the end denied any responsibility for the damage or spots left on the carpet. Very disappointed in him, thought he was a stand up guy. Highly recommend you stay away from him and his company.

I have been using Riley’s carpet and flooring services for the past 20 plus years, for both commercial and residential servers. Their service is nothing more than professional grade and of the highest quality. Riley’s pricing is in line with industry standards, and is very dependable. Most of the time lower then competitors. The most important thing that I am impressed with is their attention to detail. Riley’s sole purpose is to leave the customer satisfied. I would recommend this company to anyone that wants a exceptional experience.
