Great customer service communication and although the weekly payments are more than I expected, the overall need outweighs the cost for the convenience that Rent-A-Center provides while offering excellent products as always.

This place is terrible. if I could I would give them a 0. The manager ( Dana)/Danna didn’t know how to do her job .. she was supposed to put me on auto-pay.. she didn’t know how to do that ..because when my payment was due on 9/9/23 my payment was still on my card .. 9/11/23 she calls in told me I was late on my payment .. I replied that I was on auto payment in the money is still on the card now .. she said she didn’t know why it didn't go Through after checking her record she realized she never finished setting it up Due to school and work I called her back the following day. I talked to Chris, I set up with him, and asked him when they going to take the money out, he said Friday I said okay have a good day.After working a 12-hour shift I got a call from them .. you are still late on your payment. I said I just called yesterday and talked to someone .. the guy responded we need the money now to bring your account current.. and give me a price of 108.50. I said I paid 98.90 he said because of the late fee .. I stated I had been called to get it paid.. he also stated the 6.00 was for a club .. so he took that off .. and let me speak to someone high up .. about why I had to pay a late fee For their mistakeHe transfers me to Dana/Danna ??♀️ She stated that he was new and didn’t know his job yet ..and the balance would be 108.50... I told her the same thing .. why should I pay a late fee for their mistake and why did she keep putting the club in my total when he took it off...Stay far away from them !!! They don’t know how to do their job .. I had to call the customer service and wait for a call back from her Supervisor (her supervisor )She doesn’t know anything, Chris doesn’t know anything, and a new guy that doesn’t know anything

I've gotten multiple products from this location. Had some frustration in the beginning with delivery and communication. They've definitely improved on communication, and Dana has been very helpful!

My “new” couch was delivered with a big gash in the top of one of the cushions, & a hole in another one of the cushions at the end of the couch….very disappointed

I have to say Dana and the whole crew has been truly amazing. So far I have gotten three items from the Glendale store and between customer service, the items themselves and the availability everything has been wonderful and I’ll definitely be coming back repeatedly

Rough start but very good people! Had ordered furniture. They had an issue getting it loaded and it broke before they left. They gave me my money back and they offered me furniture till they could get a new one delivered. About 2 weeks later. Then they gave me multiple payments on it which more than justified the inconvenience. They ended up getting me the furniture I ordered and I’ve loved it everyday since. Thank you rent-a-center for the customer service!! Legendary by my book!!

I made my purchases online, without seeing the item. I saw pictures, read the details of the item and decided to buy. The delivery was a little late, but that was not a big deal, I had no plans for the day so it didn't matter.I was very happy with both the items I got. The sectional was exactly what I was looking for.I am happy.

I ordered a product online on a Sunday. Monday was a holiday I was expecting my product by Tuesday I called the store myself to arrange delivery the lady who answered the phone had an attitude saying they didn’t have my information since I ordered online and took all the information again that she needed and stated I was on the schedule for that day 5pm-7pm a few minutes before 7 I called back when she informed me she was short handed and didn’t even have my product since I ordered online and place me on the schedule for Thursday. Thursday comes I get a call asking to move my schedule time up and I said no I’m at work. And we left my scheduled time for 4:30-5:30. Almost 6pm I call she said she will contact the driver and call back no call back almost 7pm I call back before they close she said he will be there in 20 minutes it’s now 8pm with no contact and they are now closed. This place is a joke.

The drivers were peaking in threw my child’s window.. she just turned 11... said she was scared as he was looking threw her window. I was not home so she knew not to answer. When I called the store the nice Manager Dianna informed me she said if I wasn’t behind on my bill he wouldn’t be looking threw my daughters window .. so because I was a week behind it’s acceptable to peep in my child’s room??
