I traveled from Michigan down to Ram Auto in Toledo. I checked reviews before making the drive and saw they had a high star rating. I went to drive a Subaru Ascent and was impressed with the vehicle and description, as well as the guys working there. They were all so kind and so easy to work with. They made the buying process smooth and even put a new battery in before I left because they saw it was the original. I ran into an unforeseen issue with the vehicle a few days after buying it and Ram Auto worked with me to get it taken care of. I would highly recommend them to purchase a vehicle from. Kind people and I’m all about supporting a family owned business. Thanks again Ram Auto! Special shout out to Ali for always being available when I had questions after the buying process was done.

I purchased a 2015 Honda Civic here a few years back. The car was exactly as described. They made the purchase process super simple and even gave me a great out the door price! I noticed one of the tail lights had a crack where water was getting in. They ordered a new part on the spot and replaced it before I left the lot! Years later and the car still runs great! I highly recommend Ram Auto Sales!

I can't recommend Ram Auto Sales enough. Ali and his brother truly exemplify what it means to run a genuine family business. Their honesty and dedication to their customers are evident in every interaction. We purchased two vehicles from them back in 2020, and both continue to run exceptionally well. I've been meaning to write this review sooner, but life got in the way.Fast forward to 2023, and we've just bought another car from them! The hard work they put into restoring each vehicle is clearly evident, and the one-year warranty they offer on the engine and powertrain speaks volumes about their confidence in their work. Let me tell you this. My husband and I went to lotta car dealerships to look for a new truck. The fact that they do not give a warranty at all is amazing to me. Not even a 30 day warranty. This young, very respectful young man was amazing. We bought a truck from him with a warranty for the engine transmission and labor for 12 months. That’s just unheard of nowadays. After a week, we had an issue with the blower on the defrost. My husband stopped by there. They got it right in the shop fixed it and he was on his way. I highly recommend this young man. I would buy a vehicle from this man any day of the week.

I bought my car from here in 2019 and it’s been great ever since. I brought it in to get a check up since winter is coming and I’m going on a long road trip. They got me in immediately and have been very helpful and knowledgeable. The cars are great and you get a good deal!!!
