Edit 9/15/23The work done at this shop caused a low oil pressure on my engine and destroyed the main bearing. They are refusing to take responsibility for their workmanship and instead want to charge me to do an engine swap. Changing back to 1 star. Stay far away from their place.Edit 7/5/23: I'll put the edit first then you can decide to read the rest.Changing review from 1 star to 3 stars. Finally got my truck back today after about a month. The chain still slaps on cold start but the phasor ticking is gone and so is the injector dumping. I was able to get a meeting set up with Rob, the service manager. He went through all the work with me, took me back to talk to the techs about what was and wasn't done. Then had the senior tech, Steve, look everything over and finish it up so that it could get done and out sooner. After all of that Rob gave me a bit of a discount to make it right for the hassle. Honestly, after cutting the advisor, Jim, out of the equation, everyone else was good to work with.Original review 6/30/23:I dropped an f150 off on 6/6 for timing chain rattle and injectors dumping. I get sent a message on 6/13 with a quote. I called in to talk to an "advisor" because they were charging double book hours for labor. So, I refused some work and agreed to some work. I requested a written quote and Jim refused, I asked for a price and Jim told me he "would do what he could to keep the price down", I was not given an actual quoted price. This is important because Ohio law 109:4-3-13 requires they give both of those upon request. I should've taken that as a sign. Anyway, Jim told me they had the parts and it should be completed by Monday 6/19.I called on Monday and was told that they just received the parts (the ones they said they already had almost a week ago) and it should be done within the week. They already had it, might as well let them fix it. The total job shouldn't take more than 30 hours.I called on Thursday 6/22 for an update because I needed the truck for the weekend. I was told that the tech was still working on it and it should be done on Monday. So, I call on Monday, 6/26 (three weeks after dropping it off). The "advisor" Jim tells me that the tech can't get the engine to fire off but it should be good to go by end of day Tuesday. Well, he couldn't get it to fire until Thursday. Three days! How can you not get a 6 year old truck that you just worked on to fire for 3 days?! Any certified mechanic can get a 30 year old truck to fire within a single day."Fine whatever, so it's ready?" "No, they have to do a test drive call back in a few hours". Jim had left early.Friday, Jim tells me the belt was slipping, he thinks they spilled some fluid on it (what fluid all the work was internal), they're going to replace it and it should be good to go. I've had enough of it at this point, so I go to the shop. Turns out, the tech broke the air sensor port on the inlet and just glued it back on, the timing chain still rattles at startup, the entire engine compartment reaks of coolant, and theres a check engine light on that wasn't there when I brought it in. Oh, Jim also conveniently left before I got there.Turns out what Jim meant by try to save you money is to let a high school kid work on the truck and to reuse all my timing parts. The truck is still in the shop. I'm going to talk to Rob the manager, or Drew the GM on Monday, whichever answers first. This is not only unprofessional, it's illegal.

I recently purchased a 2015 Ford Focus from Brondes Ford in Toledo and it was the best experience I have ever had when purchasing a car. The entire staff was very friendly and helpful,but especially Rob. He was cheerful, helpful, attentive to my questions & responsive. I scheduled ahead of time to make sure my car was in for it's routine 'the works' which included an oil change, tire rotation, and whatever else Ford suggest in that package. This was the first time I went to this location, and I regretted it. I've always gone to the Maumee location, and had lots of space to wait, and never waited much longer than 30 minutes. At this location it took over an hour and a half.Update- they’ve totally redeemed themselves. They take care of me in a timely manner and are honest and upfront.

I had two tires blow out on I75 and while stranded on the side of the highway I called to see if they had my tires in stock. They did and quickly replaced them once the tow brought me and my vehicle in, They were very accommodating for me and my dog as we waited for our vehicle to be finished. Great customer service and would definitely recommend.

The oil change was fine but I asked them to reattach the weather shield under my car since it had fell down and dangling . The day after I picked up my car is was dangling and scratching the ground AGAIN! I told them if it's rusted then just replace but instead they put diff screws in .

I asked to ck and replace the wiper blades because the passenger side wiper was ripped, they did not replace, stating "The wipers are fine, no streaks". They did not wash my vehicle after oil change, thought for the price that would be included.
