I just called Promedica on a whim after my MIL had an appointment with another center today. She fell on Thanksgiving day, has been in severe pain and unable to walk since. The other facility was able to see us sooner, so there we went. Her doctor suspects a hip fracture, ordered a CT scan, and the soonest she could have it done at that facility was 2 weeks from today. I decided to see if we could get her in sooner elsewhere, not even sure if that was a possibility. Denise took my call, answered all of my questions, and very helpfully found us an evening appointment in 5 days so we don’t even have to miss work to get here there. She was so kind and helpful! Denise at central scheduling is an absolute gem!

Twice in the last 6 months they take my blood and don’t do the testing that is ordered.

Clean, polite and quick! Waited approximately 5 minutes before getting checked in and then the following process took maybe 7 minutes. The staff was so nice and accommodating. And yes, walk ins are welcome. But you can schedule an appointment through your MyChart. Directions are found on their website. Highly recommend this lab site.

Great was in and out in 15 min tops woman new what she was doing poked once didn't feel it left no trace..gave 5 viles with no brusing deff. Will be going back there...
