“Amazing customer service! Thank you Mike!I replaced the carriage belt on our Designjet 500 plotter. Once I put the plotter back together, I kept getting an error code regarding the 3 different printheads. After reseating them a few times and cleaning them, the errors went away on 2 of the printheads but the yellow printhead still had issues. I called Mike to order another printhead and told him my story. He suggested that I trim about 1/32 of an inch of my carriage ribbons... IT WORKED!What great customer service. Rather than selling me a printhead, he wanted to understand my problem, and then he gave me a solution over the phone! I didn't purchase anything at the store, but Erie Ink has a future customer!”
