I had a great experience with Prime Lending; Kelly Kirk was amazing! Kelly Kirk ensured that all of my questions and concerns as a first time property buyer was taken care of. She was very prompt, knowledgable and executed flawlessly on my first realestate deal. More people like Kelly are needed in this industry!

I would honestly give 0 stars if that was an option. Cecilia was highly unprofessional. She started off ok, but then it seemed like maybe she just didn't want to bother with us. She would avoid our phone calls, and not respond after days. We were buying our first home and had many questions and unfortunately she didn't answer them. She literally told my husband at one point that she didn't want to even hear about it anymore. The fact is, my real estate agent was far more helpful answering questions then She was. Hands down the most disrespectful "professional" I've ever dealt with, and I've been to the dmv.

Overall, I am very pleased with both the interactions with PrimeLending’s interface and agent whom guided me throughout the process. Attractive rates certainly had an impact on my rating as well.

If your looking for multiple credit pulls and a half year of wasted time with no results then this is your place. If you actually want a refinance or mortgage then your better off finding a mortgage company.
