They really are not interested in you or your needs. It's sad because not many years ago this was not true. I highly recommend you use any Bank other than PNC for your financial needs.

There were only three people working here in this office, two out of the three were in training so they had very limited access and ability to solve problems. There were 6 customers standing and waiting in the lobby for the service and there were no chairs for us to sit. I waited for one hour to be served.

Megan, who answered my phone call, greeted the phone in a monotone voice, and then proceeded to sound more pissed off after I requested information on how to close my account. Seems like I'm making the right decision.
