I thought this place was great, staff seemed nice, but not today!! I arrived a little before 6AM, and by 6:20AM, THEY CUT MY LOCK OFF MY LOCKER!!! I HAD MY WALLET AND KEYS IN THERE AND THEY JUST CUT IT AND LEFT IT!! The guy at the desk thinks giving me a free lock will make it better?!?! So much disrespect, I've been coming here for YEARS. I will never trust this place again.

This location has calls the police on black ppl regularly I cancelled my membership after seeing the employee call the police on a man with billing issues , told the cops he was violent & aggressive the code words to (I’m white he is not)

Brought a guest and something wasn't working on their end. Had to download app, still had trouble signing in guest. After about 15-20 min of us trying to sign in my guest, again a problem on their end wouldn't let us, the manager says well 'I guess it's ok this time." Fool I have been a member for probably 10 years now and "you guess" you'll let me use my membership bc of an error on your end?! Cmon now. Not impressed. Usually love pf but big miss that day for me.

Truly a Judgment Free Zone - you see all types: super fit to just starting out. Cost is reasonable and machines are all kept in good repair. It's clean and the staff seem friendly. About all you could really ask for from your neighborhood gym.

I like planet fitness. I work out there 3 to 4 days a week. I get a great workout there. Friendly atmosphere. They are helpful if you have any questions will answer the best of their ability. I would definitely refer them.

Very clean staff is usually pretty friendly. Equipment is in good shape Gym has been nearly remodeled and is very nice location to work out

Good place to workout. Friendly staff who can offer assistance when needed but let you do your thing too!
