Don’t shop here unless you want them to lose your information every couple months and unless you want to keep buying new jewelry because they can’t honor there warranty this company is a joke

Victoria (which is down the way at another booth) was so helpful and professional, she answered all my questions and services..The other lady at the other booth next to (the picture is the one in front of) Bath & Body Works has a terrible attitude and so unprofessional, they need to get rid of her.

Very bad customer service!! The assistant manager at Franklin park mall location (by the food court) was very argumentative and unprofessional. My ring that I purchased a warranty on the diamond has fell out twice. I went to get it replaced and instead of being of help she was too busy telling me what I can't do and that I had to purchase a new warranty. The assistant manager was very rude and unprofessional the way she spoke to me. I asked for the store manager's information and she refused to give it to me and refused to give me her name. I spend way too much money with them to be treated that way.

Sales lady at the one at Westfield shopping center near food court needs a course on costumer services. Rude as hell. Their prices are overpriced as well to be gold over silver
