I brought in a prescription for crutches straight from my doctors office. Signed by her too. And the woman I spoke to told me that since my note in my chart for my visit wasn’t signed she couldn’t give me crutches. Why do you need to view my note? That is a violation of my privacy. It is a prescription for CRUTCHES. I’m not supposed to be weight bearing of any kind on this leg. But she said she would call me after it was signed to get them and she never did?

We're unable to help with my order. Perhaps that's why they're in financial trouble. I believe they expanded too quickly and are reaping the results.

Never ever have I been treated so rudely, dismissed by Beth employee there. I have tried to correct things several times and this problem must be interpersonal and beyond repair. If your looking to get your medical supplies without several issues bogging the process down don't pick this company. The problem run deep here to much to waste my valuable time on.i would HIGHLY RECOMMEND DON'T USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT PEOBLEMS AND ZERO ORDERS.

I went to them back in the day and it was nice. Now they're a new company and things are done very differently! They're very slow getting with customers concerning their medical equipment. The CSRs are remote. That's okay with me, except that means they call from all types of numbers. And,, my my my my y'all already know what I'm about to say¡! This is like the dinner question, "who made the potato salad?" NO ONE ANSWERS NUMBERS THEY DON'T KNOW ANY MORE! NOR DO THEY CHECK THEIR EMAIL!! But I want to say the CRSs I talked to were really really nice. It just took us forever to get in touch with one another because I'm not going to answer every call because it might be them. They have to know how many spams come through daily. They need to get a caller ID so when I'm done with them I can block them¡ ????? I'm just joking, hahahahhahahaha. Have a great evening, afternoon or morning ladies or gentlemen!

Took 2 months to get supplies ordered. MSC did NOT help. They did nothing even tho I desperately needed supplies. Supervisor was to call me back, never rec’d call back. MSC spent too much money on their run around answer machine & not enough money on customer service.

I am due a refund and they never processed it until I called. 6 weeks later still nothing and nobody can tell me whether or not the refund has been processed. Say they will call back and they don’t. Can’t reach the person I was talking to because she has no extension. For real???? Don’t even get me started with my CPAP. I called to ask why my numbers were so high, was told it’s an adjustment period. Called doc and she fixed it immediately. Then for some reading they decided to go in and play with the numbers, had to call doc again to fix it. Wish I could give less then one star.

I had an appointment this morning for a bordetella vaccination and fecal test for my new puppy. These were needed before he can attend a group puppy training class he was scheduled to attend this Friday. I forgot his vaccination paperwork and they insisted I drive home to get it. I live 3 minutes aways and it took me 10 minutes at the VERY MOST to return with his paperwork. When I returned they told me my appointment was cancelled. I've called around and there are no appointments to be had at this time so I had to cancel the training class we were scheduled for.

My guest dog is not actually a patient here, but I did call Ann Arbor Animal Hospital late at night, because I needed advice about my dog's rapid breathing. I cannot remember the name of the person I talked to, but he told me what to look for and set my mind at ease. Sure enough, the dog was fine the next day. There's something to be said for a place that can offer 24/7 vet care. Thank you!

Was directed here for emergency care from my vet. I called and said my dog needed to be seen right away as per the recommendation of my normal vet. The employee answering the call told me immediately I wouldn't be seen, that they were way too busy, and that any other vet hospital in the area would also be way too busy. They then said sorry and hung up before I could ask for recommendations. I was left feeling as scared as ever.

I couldn't have had a better experience at this vet!! I previously had been going to CCAH and had an awful experience there, and I'm so happy I came here instead. My cat had been peeing in my apartment for about a month (due to poor communication with my previous vet) and I decided to go elsewhere to try and get some answers. The check in process was really nice, you submit paperwork online and call them to get all checked in. You then get placed in a queue, so you can see your place in line so you know when to head to the vet. When you arrive you give them a call and then they'll bring you inside. You're allowed one person inside (wish a mask) which was really nice because most vets are curbside because of covid. The vet was wonderful. She took the time to really go over my cats previous labs with me and listened to what I had to say. We came up with a plan of a couple things I could do to try and help my kitten, and she said she'll contact me soon with other lab results and see how things are going. I felt so listened to here and really felt like the vet cared about my cat. I love it here and plan on continuing to use them for all other pet care!

They said they could get me in to see the doctor about a possible euthanizing my cat. They said it would cost $62 to see the doctor. When I got there said anywhere from $400 to 1,000. I was told I could see the regular doctor but the cost would be about $149. I decided to see the regular doctor and they said we could not come in only the animal could because of covid. I said what if she needed to be euthanized she said you still can't come in and it sounded more like a haircut salon than it did a pet care facility. I will not recommend this place to anybody that had any heartfelt toward their animal.

I found the hospital very organized, safe and accommodating. My cat was being treated by another vet for a skin condition that seemed to worsen not improve. He was in pain. A2 Animal Hospital agreed to see him, they also contacted my vet for his medical records. The DR examined the cat and thoroughly explained all my options in a professional way, she also patiently answered all our questions. Sadly it was my decision to euthanize my 13 year old buddy. I put him out of misery. The Dr. fully supported my decision. I found that the entire staff was very compassionate and kind during this painful period. We also found that they were reasonably priced and very covid safe.

We tried to take our 15 year old dog here because she woke up not able to move and throwing up all over the room. We have been waiting 2+ hours to see a vet, meanwhile other cars have pulled up and went in before us. Called after an hour and we're told we were next in line, three other cars went by. When I called to check on the time after being the last car in the parking lot I got hung up on. Called again a 3rd time to check on our spot and we were told by a different receptionist that we were not even on the list. This is the most unprofessional Vetnary clinic I have ever been to. It felt like they were playing games with us. I will follow up with management Monday to make sure this doesn't happen to anyone else this was unacceptable for an EMERGENCY VET. Very disappointed, and thank goodness our dog started doing better, taking her for a checkup tomorrow elsewhere. Felt like we were on some weird prank show. My husband went in and tried to talk to the vet, she tried to be helpful, but adding us to the end of the "queue" list was not a reasonable enough solution at that time. The blonde receptionist Lisa was rude and just plain incompetent at her job.
