I need to take this opportunity to thank the wonderful (and I mean WONDERFUL) people at Paws and Remember Pet Crematory. Zoe's death was totally unexpected, in the middle of the night and up in MI. We took her with us and drove the 3 hours back to Toledo (arriving at 7 am) as we wanted no one but Todd Parker, the remarkable Facility Director and Operations Manager of Paws, to take care of her. He met us there and his compassion for our loss and devastation was such a comfort. We've used them with our other babies. Todd will come to your house . Vet pick up is every 2-3 days, not once a week as with other services (I simply can't even think of my beloved pet being in a cooler until a vet's weekly pick up) Turnover is 3 days or fewer and home delivery is an option. The owner Steve Turner has built this company based on trust and integrity. If you know Steve, you'll know why.

We are truly happy with Paws & Remember. They took very good care of our beautiful girl (Prada) I couldnt be happier with her box, clay paw print and the little extra remembrance added in. Prada was loved so very much and a part of our family for over 12 years. Thank you Paws & Remember for the kindness and care.

I am grateful and pleased with how the service that they provided helped my family to remember our beloved fur babies that passed. It means so much to have the paw prints that we can hold and cherish, as well as the ashes placed in a wooden box. The memory booklet is a beautiful touch to it all. Thanks for the wonderful work you do.

We have had 3 of our sweet fur babies taken there and now have another. They treat them with dignity and love. I won't go any where else.

My daughter really loved our guinea pig, so after he passed we wanted her to feel comfortable with how he was handled. Paws and Remember have a great staff and took great care of our piggie! Thank you so much!

These folks treated our dog with the dignity deserving of any family member. The respect for the depth of our loss was professional, and the sympathy expressed was sincere and comforting. The package returned to us was beautiful beyond our imagination. Will definitely recommend!

We were blindsided on Saturday afternoon, Moose our Bassett Hound became listless, and had labored breathing, the Vet took x rays, and found a huge mass on his heart, pressing against his windpipe, and impairing his lungs, he gave him 2 weeks. We literally had to decide on

I first used this company in 2010 when my 120lb German Shepard passed. I delivered his body to the crematorium. Within a few days, my beloved pet's ashes were hand-delivered to my home by a man in a nice suit and tie. I was overwhelmed by how they treated my dog, my family and myself with such dignity throughout the delivery. I couldn't have asked for more of a professional experience. (FIVE STARS) I used this service again in 2017 when my 130lb chocolate Lab passed away from cancer. this was the company my veterinarian used and I couldn't have been happier with the same level of professionalism. Although there wasn't a ceremonious delivery as such with my first cremated pet, I picked the remains up myself from the veterinary clinic where he was put down, I still highly recommend this company. (FIVE STARS) I'm here today writing this review because I was Googling the company because my other Lab is currently passing away from cancer and I will be using this service once again. (I'll undoubtedly give this company another FIVE STARS when these final arrangements are made.)

"They did a great job on my cat Simon. Thank you so much for all you have done." Everyone was so kind and the box he was in looked great and the price was right.
