I started out dealing with Autumn, & she was awesome!! When it came time to move in I dealt with Taylor
Once I moved in, I was experiencing issues that were beyond my control due to the previous tenant HOWEVER Taylor did a OUTSTANDING job working with me to rectify the pre existing issue

I think it's very rude, when I call the office and no one ever picks up the phone to talk me about a problem I may be having, instead they seem to think it's okay to hang the phone up in my face.
