Park Terrace also has laundry facilities in each building and a newly renovated clubhouse for all your party needs. The current management and maintenance team are described as phenomenal, with only four members working hard to keep everything together. Residents appreciate the team's efforts to maintain the older property and keep it beautiful. One resident has lived there for almost ten years, choosing to stay because of the dedicated team. While some residents have experienced issues, the management, particularly Autumn, is praised for their quick and expert problem-solving. Residents also note that the outside of the property looks good, though more lighting in the parking areas could be beneficial.

So far any problems I've had have been fixed in a timely manner and everyone here is very nice. All the neighbors say hi and greet one another. I feel safe and I feel safe letting my kids play in the grass around my apartment.

Affordable Housing , Place Needs Up Grades The Foundation ( woodworking ) outside is highly rusted needs Attention.

I started out dealing with Autumn, & she was awesome!! When it came time to move in I dealt with Taylor
Once I moved in, I was experiencing issues that were beyond my control due to the previous tenant HOWEVER Taylor did a OUTSTANDING job working with me to rectify the pre existing issue
