Bought vehicle cash out ffwd a year later transmission going out

I purchased a vehicle from here, cash up front. When buying the vehicle they told me about a broken latch on the back door, said THEY would fix it for me, for free. I come back to pick up the title, and they act as if they had no idea about it, even the guy who told me straight to my face they would fix it. (It took minor Google searching after that and I was able to fix it in 2 minutes myself. A mechanic from their shop tried to tell me I would need to replace the whole handle and lock mechanism.) Also, when picking up the title, for a vehicle I entirely paid off before driving it off their lot, they had to come out and RIP out a tracking system. It tore up the trim on the driver side and he tried to jam it back on there, it no longer stays in place anymore. There should have been no reason to track a vehicle I paid for entirely before driving it away, no reason to track a young woman and her children for no reason, for 50 days before they got me my title. The vehicle started having issues about 3 months after purchase and now 7 months into owning said vehicle, it won't even start. This place is a joke. I imagine alot of the good reviews are their own staff just getting on here and leaving reviews to pull people in, the reviews got me, made me think I was going somewhere good. I was wrong. I hope my review deters someone else from going and buying a mistake car from people who truly don't care.
Edit to add, they seem to not remember anyone who leaves a bad review. I have all the paperwork showing this is where I purchased my vehicle.

My neighbor bought a car there and still has it. Im saving money now for another car and they'll be the first place ill go to for a vehicle

That boy Ramsey was an amazing salesman!! He was super professional and helped me buy my first car. He was very sweet and very understanding of my financial situation. He helped me make a payment plan so that way I could make my payments on time and build my credit at the same time! If you guys go to oak and oak auto sales, make sure to see Ramsey!

Bought a car from Oak&Oak about 6 months ago. Very straightforward and honest salesman. No pressure. Let me test drive. Gave all the info needed. We saw the tires needed replacing, so he gave a fair discount onto sale price for cost of new tires. The car drives great 6 months out. Happy we got it.He gives you straight prices too, fair market. Pay this much now, or this much in 6 months, or this much in two years, etc. That's incredible. Most people from dealerships buy a car with knowing the total cost, because most dealerships give you the sales price, then you finance a loan with a percentage that just adds a ton of money onto your car loan, thousands of dollars more. He gives you a flat price and a fair deal. I was very impressed with his integrity and prices.
