“Bensell was recommended to me by a friend who had good things to say. I took a 30 year old prayer plant there to be repotted and checked for its health since it has been over-watered and looking "sad". The woman who helped me was wonderful. She repotted, added soil, and the plant is thriving 3 years later. It's a no-frills place run by folks who know what they are doing. Love it!”

“This home depot made it possible for me to successfully sand the floors in my OWE Queen Anne. Rental of the sander - dirt cheap. Explanation on how to use the particular sander was exceptional. Using measurements that I brought into the re tal store with me, he Mgr and helper made sure that I bought just the right amount of paper, too, and in the necessary, varying grain sizes. They also assisted me in finding the best brands of all necessary floor cleaning and post sanding prep items. Highly recommend. Equipment guaranteed and in great shape, also.”

“Even though there are closer places to have my yard equipment fixed (one is 3 blocks away), I travel from Perrysburg to have Art fix my stuff. He's awesome, knowledgeable, friendly and doesn't feed you a line of crap. The others back there a really friendly too. Good customer service is really hard to find these days, but Art is a pro! Thank you Art and Home Depot!”

“Wow, greeted upon arrival. We went in looking for a small kids picnic table as we saw online for a holiday gift. After looking around we couldn't locate it. Ask a few ppl turns out they were up in the rafters and needed to get it down for us. They couldn't have been more happy to do it for us. Even the Manager took us up to the checkout to make sure we were taken care. I got better service here then I have at some restaurants in Chicago! Thank you Home Depot staff when we're back in town we will make sure to stop here for our needs!”
