Northland Collision did a great job on repairs from a car accident. They stayed in contact through text and phone while they had my vehicle. I was extremely satisfied with the services at Northland. They even washed and vacuumed my car out for me before they returned the vehicle! I will definitely return there if I happen to need there services!

I had my car restored here twice. I think this is the best body shop in Toledo. This is the best paint job I've seen. the owner has been doing this business for 30 years, they are real professionals. Thank you guys for your work ??

Would not return my call! Took my car to another body shop! He talked a good game about fixing my car said he could do it!Took estimate and said he would send to my insurance company! Never did! WILL NOT RECOMMEND! If I could give less than 1star I would!

I had my car towed here after an accident in monroe, mi. My insurance later claimed they couldn't get my car towed back from the location (insurance issues). The owner, Bob, was fantastic about it all. He helped me a ton and even got me in touch with a place that would buy my totaled car. Definitely recommend this shop.

I am so impressed with the quality from this business. My car was in an accident which required paint job part replacements a little bit of everything on a 2015 Ford focus when I got my car back it felt like the first day I bought it, they detail the inside they washed the car for me it looked and felt brand new. It looked amazing!!!!! but most importantly it drove beautifully. Thank you so much for your services. I would recommend you to anyone.Services: Painting

Bob the owner is fabulous!! He runs a very busy shop and yet is very responsive. I noted his personable customer service via telephone and when he drove me to pick up a rental car. While my car was being repaired, he followed up with me on progress. When I picked my car up, he even managed to save me some money so I paid less than the original estimate. The bodywork was well done and I'm so happy to have my car back looking as good as new! Absolutely recommend Northland Collision and enjoyed doing business with Bob!!

Bob was very helpful regarding why my 2022 Honda HR-V could not be repaired.It turns out I should have looked under the hood before my purchase decision.Apparently, the vehicle's computer was located under the hood on the driver's side.No driving once a crash has taken place. Accidents happen and I am still on this side this time.

Bob was so kind!! He helped get my car to Northland after my accident, and get the paperwork I needed for the insurance company! The insurance company thought the damage to my car was a lot minor than what it actually was. So big thanks to body shop guy Ryan for spotting those discrepancies and making my car perfect!! Ya’ll are the best!! ☺️☺️

So glad I found Bob at Northland Collision. From the first call, he was super easy to deal with on my recent State Farm claim. He gave a full estimate on the spot and processed it all via insurance. Oh… and my car came out looking brand new for the rear door and quarter panel he replaced. Paint was super, and I also had special door trim, pin stripes and tail light put back perfectly. Go here! You won’t regret the service. He even picked me up to/from Enterprise rental nearby. Very happy!!
