you have to know someone to find out any info and not accepting clients.. walked in, no front desk greeted the first person i saw kinda snarky attitude just wanted to get a mani pedi for my wife didnt expect that lol really awkward.

This is by far the worst salon I have ever set foot in. Not only was the owner rude when I called to ask for directions, but she continued to be rude when I walked in. She claims she gave me information in which I clearly don't remember receiving and when I stated that there must have been a miscommunication I was told that I needed to "learn how to communicate" EVEN IF I WAS WRONG IT'S CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE! They don't care about customers at all. When I expressed that I did not appreciate how I was talked to I was asked to leave. WOW! She continued to state how there was no one else who I could talk to in order to resolve the issue and that she was the "one and only nail diva" How about nail n**** I have never met someone so rude and unappreciative of customers.
