I originally spoke with John last week about what I wanted to get done. He told me just to drop off my truck when it was convenient for me. I wanted to alter the exhaust to make it louder, but not obnoxious. I dropped it off this morning, another gentleman called me, said what they were going to do. It was finished same day, AND ITS PERFECT! It’s exactly what I wanted! They did it in an extremely timely manner, and it came in under what they quoted! I highly recommend this place. On top of that, they were all very friendly and knowledgeable.

Stopped by today for a tire repair and the service was amazing starting with the receptionist, Maddie. My service did not take long and I really like how the staff here will do drop offs and pickups. Thanks Mytee! I will be back.

Hands down the best shop in the area and mainly due to John from the holland/sylvania location. It’s tough finding a reliable, transparent and loyal mechanic, let alone one that rolls those great traits over to there female customers! From the moment I called Mytee to the very end, I was not disappointed but in fact amazed on how well we were treated and taken care of. John took his time to understand my situation, genuinely help me figure out a solution. He also walked me through every step of the repairs and kept me continuously posted. Mytee is lucky to have such an amazing guy like John! Now I feel confident in knowing my son will be safe driving his new car and I feel great knowing we found a wonderful mechanic for the future!
