Cheryl and her team was excellent in service and communications.
I ordered the flowers from Thailand and she delivered it to my friend on time and my mom was SUPER surprised and happy to receive the beautifully decorated flowers during a birthday party. It was wonderful to see her so happy which made me feel very happy.
My message was in Chinese and they were kind enough to have it printed out and stick to the card! Excellent communications and service.

I needed an arrangement for a funeral in Sylvania and I live out of state. I called because I wanted to see if they might have a bromeliad available. They tried to get one for me but due to the Columbus Day holiday that wasn't possible. But they put together a beautiful dish garden of various green plants. Then added a number of flowers to soften the look. I was very pleased with the final product. It was a very easy process. So glad I called and spoke with them directly.

Myrtle Flowers is where my dad always bought flowers for every special occasion and a single red rose for my mom every Saturday when we were growing up. It also was my first job...way back when Elaine was the owner.
This time instead of our dad buying flowers, we were buying Flowers for his funeral. They were absolutely beautiful!
