I haven’t been here in years, and when I say years I really mean I was in my early 20s lol my mother was bringing me here in my teens also.. that’s how long this store been here.I kind of stopped because of how much I was being watched while “looking”. I’m the type of shopper that takes my time, look, do my research I may see if I can get something cheaper online than what I see in the store. Which is why I stay in one spot a lot while shopping.During that time ago the workers didn’t like that I guess they assumed a lot of us women are alike, I get it. Very understandable.I just couldn’t do it, I hate being closely watched and followed.. as they were watching me “the wrong person”. someone else ran out with something lol this also happen at another hair store.I just like to shop in peace.So I come back years later, didn’t have that issue. This isn’t the hair store I usually come to it’s just a convenience when I’m in the area. Last visit everything was good ?

This store does not have good customer service.My husband and I have purchased items that unknown to us,were old.The place is messy, and dangerous with boxes and clutter everywhere.The staff is Not knowledgeable about products or even black hair! They're just in the hood.

I give one star because their register is so high up you cannot see the prices. Then, as you look at these items they give you a good deal EXCEPT you must buy in bulk in most occasions to get the deal. I did not realize the complete difference until I swiped and left .I was charged exceptionally high for not buying in bulk. Watch them !!!! They did this on purpose I believe.
