Adams’s customer service is amazing. The quality of the work is fantastic making sure it is safe on the road. This is where I go for everything oil change, brakes, even a new engine. They have a program to help make repairs affordable and it is easy to apply and get approved. They answer all questions and will beat prices from anywhere.

I've been knowing adam for years. I kept wondering why things on my cars didn't last when I would get my vehicles fixed. He would always say just bring it back. Well that stuff is tiring. Just found out that he isn't actually repairing things that I've been paying for brand new.

This place was heaven sent. I was from out of town and needing to get to my sick parents when I became stranded in Costcos gas station parking lot. My faith in people has been restored. A lady helped me try to jump my car and when it wouldn’t work she suggested that I call Monroe auto. When I called and asked if they did emergency repairs. Instead of getting $75 for a toll bill he suggested I check my insurance. Which I didn’t know I had tow insurance that was paid for. When the tow truck arrived he moved stuff out of the way and fixed my car right away. I was really at his mercy, he could have charged me what ever he wanted and I would have just had to pay him. When I got home and gave my husband the bill , he checked with O’Reilly and he charged just what the part cost and a reasonable price for labor. These days it is hard to find good people who you can trust. I was just proven they are still out there. Thank you Monroe auto!

Adam is amazing. Very honest and hardworking. He works on luxury cars and my kids cars.. his prices are good and does not take advantage of your money! I will never go to a dealership ever again!

I've been using Monroe Autos as my main mechanic for over a decade. Adam is the most honest and hard-working guy you will come across. He has literally saved me thousands of dollars in repairs where other mechanics would have taken advantage of me. He remembers me and my husband by name, and our cars, and is always happy to help us. He communicated with me quickly via telephone and helped me as soon as I pulled into the lot. He's a busy guy, probably because he's so good, and I would absolutely recommend him. I will not ever take my vehicles any other place.

Have been coming here for 10 years since he opened. All my family and friends as well. The owner is a hard working trustworthy guy who is fair and makes sure the job gets done right. Wouldn’t go anywhere else
